In this first newsletter Mr. Siddharth Gupta, Director Metalogi would like to present a few views and thoughts which are part of our everyday life at Metalogi and Group Arvind.

5. Every member contributes towards the realization of our company’s vision. As a result, everyone should create, participate in, and remind themselves of the vision on a regular basis, and align their decisions and actions accordingly.

- We believe, “If you don’t drive the company, the company will drive you,” which means that if we don’t give the team direction or take charge of the machines and infrastructure, they will direct us and we will become dissolved in the same, losing our focus on meeting our goals.
