Enabling Human Performance with TrackHR Technology and Accountability

TrackHR is implemented in all of our operational units. With the implementation of this app, the different units of the organization got connected with each other. This tool also helped us to digitize all of our internal meetings, MOM, Trouble Ticket (TT), Reports, Routine check sheets (RCS), and divide them into a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. To stay more connected to our employees on a personal level we have also created a digital notice board that keeps them updated about new circulars, and personalized birthday and festival greetings are also sent to all 120 staff members.

We discovered a real-time performance matrix for every team member, reflecting performance in Segregated Scoring Areas, by introducing and implementing TrackHR mobile-based APP in Group Arvind. It assists to gain a better understanding of the key areas of focus and improvement in order to lead the way for our team and organization. 

The TrackHR tool has various features to efficiently track the operational performance of our team members. It helps team members in allocating different tasks to team members, managing and monitoring the workforce, analyzing team performances and establishing relationships between team members, correctly recognizing and acting on team members’ performances. It provides us with an area-wise live scoring chart. 

As the number of tasks increases, it becomes increasingly difficult to manage and track each task while also meeting commitments. However, with the right tool, work management becomes easily scalable. Without a way to measure progress towards goals, one can’t make improvements or adjustments. Understanding the advantages and disadvantages of performance indicators will help you realize why you need to track them in your workplace.
