GroupArvind firmly believes in investing time and resources in leadership growth at various levels to deliver sustainable value and consistency to all its stakeholders. In light of this, the “Lead2025” event was held that aimed at developing future leaders and a growth mindset. The event discussed the importance of developing a vision of and for the company among its team members, as well as developing sustainable leadership. Various exercises were carried out to foster a healthy relationship among team members. Additionally, the main objectives for the year 2025 were discussed in order to ensure the alignment of all the levels to the collective vision. The event emphasized the significance of taking responsibility for individual plants as teams and taking the right steps towards it. The entire group was divided into teams consisting of four divisions: Arvindo High-Tech Pvt. Ltd., Sri Aurobindo Automotive Components, Arvind Auto-Tech Pvt. Ltd., and Arvind Fabnoplast Pvt. Ltd. These divisions have aided them in assigning goals to different leaders based on their knowledge and skills while empowering them with a culture of taking responsibility and mutual growth. Leaders were equipped with tools to achieve individual and collective goals.
