Group Arvind (Metalogi) is known for focusing on customers’ needs. Within a period of three months, we could successfully create and scale up a new product line with M/s Schindler India Pvt Ltd. We received feedback from Schindler India Pvt. Ltd., which stated a few prominent positive points about our working force and their working style. They stated that the team has shown very good synergy, even after putting them under immense pressure they have done wonders, the timeline for responding to the changes is very swift, probably just 10 days to implement the design changes, the team was quick in implementing the new project just in 4 months in spite of various challenges. The Team is very keen on adding value to the work and creating a change.
Escort’s Recognition
Escorts Construction Limited, ECE/R&D, appreciated us for the recent work done together. We developed all-new bonnets for BS-IV models with all Escorts Construction Ltd. changes in a short period of time and without shutting down any production lines. To accomplish the aforementioned task, we established a New production development area and a team dedicated solely to the same.

IEI Recognition
Every year, The Institution of Engineers India, Faridabad Local Centre celebrates Engineer’s Day on 15th September to commemorate the birth anniversary of the greatest Indian Engineer Bharat Ratna Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya. This year also the Institution celebrated Engineers’ Day on 15th September 2021 on the theme “Engineers for Skill Development & Employment In Combating COVID ”.
This year our Director – Siddharth Gupta, has been honored with the “Young Engineers Award” by the Institute of Engineers (India) on 15th September 2021, for his contribution towards implementing new systems to save energy and implementing New Operating digital systems to increase production efficiencies in the group. Now the same knowledge is being transferred to many other industries as well.
The Institution of Engineers (India) [IEI] is India’s largest multi-disciplinary professional body of engineers, founded in 1920 with its headquarters in Kolkata and incorporated under the Royal Charter on September 9. In addition to representing India in the Engineers Mobility Forum, the institution has been prominent in World Mining Congress (WMC), the World Federation of Engineering Organizations (WFEO), the Commonwealth Engineers’ Council (CEC), the Fédération Internationale du Béton (fib), and the Federation of Engineering Institutions of South and Central Asia (FEISCA).
The IEI Young Engineers Award was established to encourage the pursuit of excellence in the field of engineering. The Award is open to any engineer citizen of India who is under the age of 35 as of March 31, 2020. Receiving the “Young Engineer’s Award” is contingent on a number of factors. The very first parameters are the academic qualifications and experiences that a candidate holds, along with them the contributions he/she has made to engineering design, improvement in plant operation, etc. These parameters also include the candidate’s contribution to sustainable development and the benefits that those contributions have made. It includes contributions in improving energy efficiency, environment, and make in India efforts in the specific areas of operation.
